OXOLUTIA preincubated of 4th ENTREPRENEURS FUND OF REPSOL
The proposals from the fourth Entrepreneurs Fund that have passed the evaluation phases so far will be analysed and considered at the Evaluation Committee meeting to take place on 23 and 24 April at the Fundación Repsol offices.
The Evaluation Committee is formed by professionals with vast experience in technological and business areas. Their mission is to analyse and evaluate the proposals, to prepare a presentation about the suitability of each one of the projects that is assigned to them, to rank them all and, finally, to select the finalist proposals that will be submitted to the Jury.
The evaluators must analyse two types of proposals. On one hand, there are the ideas, which are proposals in their early stages. On the other hand, there are the business projects, which have enough technical-scientific validity but lack technical and business development, making them suitable for incubation in the Fundación Repsol accelerator.
Over the course of these two days, the entrepreneurs will have seven minutes to present their projects to the Evaluation Committee, and another seven minutes to answer any possible questions from the evaluators. Each Committee member will then present their assigned proposals and all the projects will be ranked before then selecting the projects to be considered as finalists.
The evaluation criteria to be applied by the evaluators include: the validity of the scientific and technical rationale applied to the development of the product and its relation with energy efficiency, the level of innovation of the project or the energy and socio-economic impact that it would imply, as well as its economic and business viability, its credibility and team balance, and its suitability for the incubation process.
The proposals to be analysed by the Evaluation Committee have all passed the Round of Interviews phase of the fourth edition, which started in March and took place in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
